LIT: LEARN, INVEST, TRADE: (Training Platform)
LIT is a Stock Market Simulation platform, meant only for training
of its students. It is exclusive for those who take the ‘Technical
Analysis’ course provided by TIC on technical analysis. This
initiative is intended to increase the size of active traders in
India and potentially contribute to the growth on Indian Capital
markets, by making it more convenient for people to enter the
markets.
-
How LIT works:
-
1.1 Access to notional capital of up to Rs. 50,000 every
week.
-
1.2 Can take 5 trades every week, with each trade as
valuable as investing Rs. 10,000 in the real markets.
-
1.2.1 A week for this purpose shall be counted from
Monday 9:30 am to next Monday 9:30 am.
User signing up for the platform on a Tuesday will be
allowed to use the platform from the following Monday
from 9:30 am and that is when his week-1 shall commence.
-
1.3 The total duration of access to LIT shall be 25 weeks
from the date of redemption of points.
-
1.4 Users will get Rs. 100 for every 1% net profit they make
on the platform.
-
1.5 The analysis can be sent only on companies with market
capitalisation above Rs12,000 crore. A list of the stocks
with market capitalisation above Rs.12,000 shall be
available in the dashboard section of LIT. Such list will
act as a sole reference in choosing the stocks. No analysis
can be sent on stocks that are not mentioned in this list.
-
1.6 TIC had the right to put certain stocks under a 'BAN'
for its LIT platform, thereby restricting the users from
placing any trades on such stocks.
Students who have live trades in stocks which are
subsequently put under a BAN can still exit their positions
within the 14-day period but no new trades can be taken on
these stocks until the BAN is removed.
Details of stocks being put under a BAN can be communicated
via email, or through a pop-up on the platform, or under the
'Company Updates' section on the 'dashboard' tab.
-
1.7 Since LIT is a training platform, TIC reserves the right
to capture a screenshot of the analysis section where they
perform their analysis, to monitor that the students are
applying the concepts properly. TIC HOLDS COMPLETE RIGHT ON
THE DATA SO COLLECTED.
-
1.8 The user can't place 2 simultaneous trades on the same
stock. In order to take another trade on the same stock, the
previous trade has to be closed.
-

of their access of LIT shall get a certificate of successful
completion of practical training.
-

-
Students get these XP points by giving the tests at the end
of each topic taught in the 'Technical Analysis' course
provided by TIC.
-
The access of LIT is provided only once on one AADHAR/PAN.
I.e it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for people to
avail.
-
LIT customers (i.e. those who have taken access to LIT using
the XP points they earn during the course) can't subscribe
to the 'ALGORITHM' or avail the broking services provided by
TIC as long as they have access to LIT. However, post the
termination of their access to LIT, they can avail other
services provided by TIC like Algorithm for Markets and the
Broking Services.

the 25 weeks access they get to LIT.
-
The amount withdrawn will be paid to them within 7 days from
the receipt of withdrawal request.
- No partial withdrawals can be made.
-
The moment a student makes a withdrawal, it will be
considered that they are now ready to trade in the real
markets and in turn, their access to LIT will be revoked.
i.e. the profits can be withdrawn only once.
-
The user takes responsibility for submitting the correct
bank details or the correct UPI ID at the time for
withdrawal. TIC won't be liable if the user shares the bank
details for any account not belonging to the user, and TIC
makes payment to such an account.
-
Termination of access to LIT:
-

following conditions:
- On withdrawal of profits made by a student
- On expiration of the 25 weeks period.
-
TIC reserves the right to terminate the access to LIT for
any student if it deems that any suspicious/unfair practices
are being done in the student's LIT account. In such a case,
TIC also reserves the right to withhold the profits of the
student (if any) as a fine.
-
Since LIT is a training platform, all the trades submitted
by the students should be backed by proper analysis. If it
is found that the student is not doing proper analysis and
just trying to benefit from the platform to get monetary
gains, TIC reserves the right to retain the earnings (if
any) on such trades which, in the eyes of TIC, is not backed
by proper analysis.
-
Demo Account:
-
For Rs. 99 (exclusive GST), people can register on the
platform and get access to a DEMO TRADING account provided
by TIC on LIT in order to explore the features and
experience the platform.
